⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I came into Goldbar Barber Shop after getting an absolutely terrible haircut at Great Clips the day before. Zaid got me in right away, and from the moment I sat in the chair it was obvious I was in good hands. Zaid was extremely professional and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to assess the damage and somehow turned a bad haircut into a clean, professional-looking one. He’s a true artist when it comes to cutting hair — he understands how hair grows, how it lays, and how it reacts. I walked out feeling confident again instead of frustrated and uncomfortable in my own hair. If you want someone who actually knows their craft and cares about the result, Zaid is your guy. I rocked up on my motorcycle, helmet on and helmet hair ready to be dealt with. Immediate sitting in a seat, barber needed to wait on me to remove helm and heavy leather jacket. Asked what I was after and wanted a #2 on the sides with a nice trim on top. Got what I wanted quickly and efficiently. Some light conversation but nothing major. I will return next time I’m due.

Went in for a walk in and saw Eli. Really personable staff, you can tell they know their clients well. I just needed a touch up on my back and sides, he did a really good job, detail oriented and a great fade. Quality speaks for itself but the pricing was also super reasonable. Lucky to have a local barbershop like this in Goldbar / Capilano.
